Nounga lets users publish listings, sell products, request services, place orders, track delivery and keep a clear record of key exchanges.
Product orders normally go through cart, delivery, payment and final confirmation.
Handoff may require a code or proof requested by the platform.
Service requests follow the workflow shown in the platform, including scheduling, confirmation and completion.
When Nounga provides a payment channel, it must be used according to the flow shown in the platform.
Bypassing the platform to avoid tracking or control may lead to account suspension.
NOUNGA SARLU may restrict or close an account when safety, compliance or operational integrity is at risk.
