1. Platform operator

Nounga is operated by NOUNGA SARLU in the Republic of Congo, with a first focus on Brazzaville and a gradual rollout to other cities.

2. What Nounga does

Nounga lets users publish listings, sell products, request services, place orders, track delivery and keep a clear record of key exchanges.

3. User account

• You must provide accurate information.
• You must keep your password secure.
• You remain responsible for activity on your account unless proven fraudulent and reported quickly.

4. Seller and provider rules

• Listings must be truthful and lawful.
• No fake stock, fake pricing or identity misuse.
• Some service listings may remain restricted to internal Nounga validation.

5. Products, orders and delivery

Product orders normally go through cart, delivery, payment and final confirmation.

Handoff may require a code or proof requested by the platform.

6. Services

Service requests follow the workflow shown in the platform, including scheduling, confirmation and completion.

7. Payment and off-platform bypass

When Nounga provides a payment channel, it must be used according to the flow shown in the platform.

Bypassing the platform to avoid tracking or control may lead to account suspension.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, fake proof, fake reviews or status manipulation.
• Illegal or misleading content.
• Harassment, threats or abuse of platform safety rules.

9. Suspension

NOUNGA SARLU may restrict or close an account when safety, compliance or operational integrity is at risk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Congo and, where applicable, by OHADA rules. Competent courts: Brazzaville.
