1. Scope

NOUNGA operates a hybrid marketplace for products and services. Using the platform means accepting these terms.

2. User account

Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Activity on the account is presumed to be made by its holder.

3. Product and service flows

• Products: cart, delivery method, payment, traced handoff.
• Services: request, confirmation, execution, final validation.
• Payment and delivery rules are shown before final confirmation.

4. Payment and transaction safety

Payments must use platform-supported channels. Circumvention attempts may lead to account suspension.

5. Delivery and proof of handoff

For product orders, handoff may require OTP validation. Without valid OTP, handoff may be refused or rescheduled.

6. Disputes, returns, refunds

Disputes and refund requests are processed through internal support under the policy available at /retours-remboursements-litiges.

7. Prohibited behavior

• Fraud, impersonation, illegal content.
• Status manipulation and fake evidence.
• Platform circumvention to avoid commissions and controls.

8. Suspension and termination

NOUNGA may suspend or terminate accounts for terms breaches, security risk, or legal requirements.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Republic of Congo law and OHADA framework where applicable. Jurisdiction: Brazzaville.
