General Terms of Sale (Products)

These sales terms govern product transactions completed through Nounga marketplace.

These terms apply to product sales completed on Nounga platform.

Prices are shown in FCFA. Stock and availability are displayed on each listing.

An order is final once cart validation and final confirmation are completed.

Payments must use platform-supported methods. Settlement and payout flows follow Nounga rules in force.

Handoff may require OTP or security code. Without valid verification, handoff may be rejected or rescheduled.

The buyer may file a request within the allowed window. Refund may be full or partial based on responsibility and evidence.

Disputes are handled through internal support with decision logging.
